Resolves Yes if Anthropic publicly releases a generally-available model marketed as Claude 5, Claude 5.x, or any major version number above 4.x on the Anthropic API or claude.ai before 23:59 UTC on Sep 30, 2026. Internal previews, research betas, or codenamed unreleased models do not count unless renamed and shipped GA.
